Adam's passion for supporting people's mental health began through his experience working as a camp counselor, where he helped children develop social-emotional skills and build interpersonal relationships. He later expanded his interests in mental health research by working as a peer advisor, helping students with academic and personal challenges, and volunteering as a counselor for the Crisis Text Line.
