Tori Walters presented their research poster at the SDSU Student Symposium! They shared their thesis on discrimination, depression, and suicide over time looking at perceived burdensomeness and thwarted belongingness as mediators.

Lakshmi and Lauren both presented their research posters at ABCT in NOLA! They described findings from their independent projects looking at teen mental health helplines.

Thanks to AIM Youth Mental Health Foundation for looping in our team to the BHT in San Diego! Lakshmi presented her first poster describing our mixed-methods research on teen-to-teen mental health helplines. Dr. Vargas spoke with the impressive AIM Youth Mental Health Ambassadors (high school students) on their views about AI.
